It is located within the Great Bazaar district in Mournhold and is ran by a single Dunmer named Sunel Hlas who buys and sells a wide variety of merchandise.

Sunel Hlas is one of three possible suitors for Marena Gilnith, who is looking for the husband of her dreams.
