Trap is an offensive spell that is cast upon triggering trapped objects, including doors and containers, that are encountered throughout The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind.

Trivia
- Darksun Shield and Light of Day only damages the Nerevarine's health if they are a vampire.
You feel a searing pain on your arm as you equip the shield. A voice screams out in your mind, "This is not for your kind, Dark One.

A voice echoes in your mind, "Never shall you wield this, evil thing.- Instead of acquiring Wraithguard as a gift from Vivec, the Nerevarine must kill him and retrieve the Unique Dwemer Artifact from Vivec's Corpse. Only obtaining the Wraithguard this way, it permanently damages the Nerevarine's health first time equipped.
- Keening and Sunder only damages the Nerevarine until they are dead if equipped without Wraithguard.
