Treethane Thalrinel is a Bosmeri Treethane who administers Silvenar. Thalrinel was temporarily expelled as the Threethane of Silvenar after the city was usurped by the Hound, being replaced by her assistant. She remained loyal to the Green Lady and the First Aldmeri Dominion.[1][2]
The Treethane protected the Green Lady's Handfast from the Houndsmen during their occupation of Silvenar. Following the events at Silvenar, the Thalrinel was reinstated in her position as Treethane of the city despite being injured.
