Tribal Orcs is a faction in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. The members consist of Orcs found within the four Orc Strongholds in Skyrim.

Stealing from, attacking, or killing any of the Faction's members results in a bounty. However unlike Hold bounties, there are only two ways to pay―in 
or blood (resisting arrest essentially) due to the fact that Orcs have no jails in the Orc Strongholds. Choosing to pay the fine, however, does not confiscate stolen goods.
