Tundra Homestead is a small cottage East of Dragonsreach in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Anniversary Edition that is usually acquired using Creation Club's content with the same name "Tundra Homestead" for 300 .
Overview[]
It is located on the northern edge of the river flowing from the south. It sits outside Whiterun to the east and neighbors the Battle-Born Farm from the northeast.
Acquisition[]
- Can be bought from Proventus Avenicci anytime for 7,500 .
Features[]
- Outside the cottage to the right there is a smithing area with it's own workstation, via a smelter, grindstone, and workbench. To the left is a small horse stable. To the back left are 2 bee apiaries. Behind the cottage is a tiny garden.
- In the main house, there is a cookpot, a personal bar, the bedroom has your own personal bed with 2 beds for children you may or may not adopt, 2 bookshelves, a Shrine of Mara, and a Shrine of Akatosh. There is an alchemy lab and an arcane enchanter in the room leading to the cellar.
- In the cellar, there is another bookshelf and a personal armory with the following:
- 10 mannequins
- 4 large display cases
- 3 dagger racks
- 2 wall mounted shield and weapons racks
- 1 Bookcase
- 4 weapon racks (wall mount)
- 10 weapon racks (wall)
- a display for the dragon claws
- a display for 5 bugs, Torchbug, Bee, Dragonfly, Moth, and Butterfly
- a display for the skull keys of Saerek and Torsten
- a display for all 13 dragon priest masks, including the ones for the Dragonborn DLC
- display sconces for the paragons, Diamond, Ruby, Amethyst, Sapphire, and Emerald
- a display spot for Auriel's Shield
- a display spot for the Initiate's Ewer
