'Tyrellius Logellus is a Bruma Guard and watches over the prisoners in the Bruma Jail. He is very interested in the location of Jorundr's, a recentally arrested crimal, stash of gold. He constantly harrasses Jorundr for the location and will go to any length to retrieve it.
