Ultimatum for Movis Darys is a Morag Tong quest in The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind undertaken by the request of Eno Hlaalu.

Eno Wants to bring in some new members, or kill them if they deny the offer.
Objectives[]
- Talk to Eno Hlaalu at the Morag Tong headquarters in the Hidden Area of the Vivec Arena for special duties.
- Travel to Ald'ruhn to convince the Dark Brotherhood member Movis Darys to turn and join the Morag Tong.
- Find Movis in the Mages Guild and persuade him to join or kill him.
- Return to Eno to complete the quest.
Walkthrough[]
After returning the Belt of Sanguine Fleetness to Eno Hlaalu, if the Nerevarine speaks with him about special duties, he will mention that a member of the Dark Brotherhood might be willing to join the Morag Tong. His name is Movis Darys and he is residing in the Ald'ruhn Mages Guild, posing as a student.
Head to Ald'ruhn. An easy way to travel is by using the guild guide, as that will land you right where you need to be, and you will be able to use Almsivi Intervention to get back to Vivec City as long as you do not leave the guild. Movis Darys will be in the downstairs area, to the left close to the altar.
When the Nerevarine threatens him with an honorable death, Movis chooses to speak with Eno Hlaalu and give the Morag Tong a chance. If he likes you enough he will give you his belt as a peace offer. this item is one of the Threads of the Webspinner, so be sure to hang on to it.
Alternatively, it is possible to simply slay Movis and take the belt.
Either way, once your business in Ald'ruhn is done, return to Eno Hlaalu in Vivec City.
