Umuor is a Maormer sailor in the Bazaar district of Abah's Landing, Hew's Bane. She is found at an alley between Darano's House and the Manor District Gardens. Oftentimes she will be spectating a dice game with Noshzandar, Harowen, Drago Milielle, and Endriwen.
