A follower of Peryite, the Daedric Prince of Pestilence, has asked me to rescue his friend from the flu-ridden city of Orcrest. I should enter Orcrest and search for Marthine's belongings to see if they lead me to him.

Walkthrough[]
Enter Orcrest and search around the markers until finding all of Marthine's belongings.
Find the survivors' camp in the second area, just beyond the last of Marthine's lost items. Talk to the female Khajiit to find Marthine, and speak to him as well in the room beyond.
Go back outside and find the supplies and journal entries, scattered through three different areas—there is one supply and one page in each area.
Take the supplies and journal pages to their respective NPCs, and leave Orcrest.
Speak to Marthine to end the quest.
