Mizahabi has lost track of her husband and her dog. I've offered to help her look for both of them.

Walkthrough[]
Near the Elden Root Temple Wayshrine, you will run into a Khajiit named Mizahabi. She will tell you that her husband is missing, and that her dog ran off while looking for him. She will ask for your help in finding them, and will give you a dog whistle to help with that.
Head to the crossroads to your west and use the dog whistle. The dog Eat Eat will show up; pet him and he will beckon you to come with him. Follow the dog along the path to the north and he will guide you to a wounded Bosmer named Ninglenel. Ninglenel is Mizahabi's husband; he fell down here while traversing the rock formation above. Talking to him will finish the quest.
