To any newer members of the Elder Scrolls community, the concept of the Towers might be unfamiliar. However, I'm going to try my best here to explain what they are and how they might have given us a clue as to where The Elder Scrolls VI will be set.
The Towers are ancient structures scattered all across Tamriel, constructed mostly by Elven civilizations. A Tower can also be a naturally occuring object, such as the Red Mountain or Throat of the World. Towers are modelled after or follow the structure of the Direnni Tower , otherwise called Ada-Mantia by some. Each Tower has what is called a Stone, an object designed to keep the Tower "active". When a Tower is deactivated, the land of Tamriel may be fundamentally changed.

Now, from what I've seen, it's a major point of contention in the TES community as to whether or not the Last Dragonborn of the Fourth Era is a Shezarrine. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the theory, it states that the Last Dragonborn is an incarnation of the Cyrodiilic Missing god, thereby making him an immensly powerful warrior and one of the most powerful beings in Mundus. While it is a very good theory with lots of evidence to back it up, unfortunately I have to say that I don't believe that it's true.
