There are some wiki's out there who get by with much shorter style guidelines than the walls of text written here. When I tried to point this out, I was ignored.

A longer, more detailed style guide was in response to the lack of consistency displayed by our editors during the Skyrim release. You was not here, but pages varied wildly and vague policies did us no favors. Detailed policies and style guides was the response and it worked - pages improved. In addition, we have all seen how well the short, vague chat policy turned out.

As for your concerns being ignored - on what talk page did this take place? There will be a record somewhere. Because, personally, I have provided you with detailed explanations in private chat regarding chat policies when there has been an argument involving you - and on the mainspace regarding articles. I believe your claim of constantly being ignored is somewhat sensationalist here.
