Images for the wikiEdit

Hi and welcome to this wiki. Nice to see new editors but I have to ask you to please read this blog entry about images I have written as images with UI is not what we want in our articles. Thanks.. —EbonySkyrim Message! 07:13, May 6, 2014 (UTC)

QuestsEdit

Hi, great you are filling in on the quests, but could you please use the default for the quest when creating new questpages. Meaning click on the quest tab. It has the specifics that should be there, not the ones from the previous default as this was done before anyone knew what to add. As there are no journal saved, the first journal entry should go first at the top as I have done here on this quest for an example. Hidden in Flames.. that would be great, thanks.. —EbonySkyrim Message! 09:02, June 1, 2014 (UTC)

Quest articlesEdit

Hello Bowdacious.telon. My name is Ben, welcome to the wiki. I noticed that some of the quest articles you are working on contain a first-person perspective. Unless its the journal part of the article, which obviously contains a first-person perspective as it is obviously created by the developers, none of TESWiki's quest articles are supposed to contain a first-person perspective, as that is how we write quest articles here per our policy and guidlines for quests. Thank you.Chairmanprescott6179 (talk) 01:03, June 8, 2014 (UTC)

Armor setsEdit

Hi, I see you are creating armor set articles. User:Dreddnawt is doing a lot too. Here is an article with all the sets, can you add the links to them of the pages you create? Armor Sets (Online). Someone has added the stub template.. if you see one like it, change it to in this case {{Stub|Online|Armor}} and place it at the bottom of the article. —EbonySkyrim Message! 07:41, June 12, 2014 (UTC)

CategoriesEdit

Thanks for adding quests to the site, but please do not add/create a lot of different categories for the quests. We are not going to use those and I have removed those I've seen. Thanks.. —EbonySkyrim Message! 08:10, July 9, 2014 (UTC)http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/User_talk:Bowdacious.telon?action=edit&section=5#

This has led in the past to overcategorizing, confusion by other users, badgehunting of adding categories, and in the end a real category mess. We have quests by faction, location - region and city/town. —EbonySkyrim Message! 08:18, July 10, 2014 (UTC)
As I said above, we have faction, location - region and city/town which you brought up in the latest message. We have Quest rewards but it's not divided into weapons/armor/jewelry or skill points but maybe we can have that as it's quite a lot off them. I never suggested you for badge hunting, other users might see the opportunity to do so. I would like to see a quest template from Vanguard, a game I've never heard of but that doesn't matter. Could you show me? —EbonySkyrim Message! 09:38, July 11, 2014 (UTC)

Template Edit

Hey,

If you could use the stub template instead of simply adding the category, that would be preferable. It still adds it to the category, but when a article is no longer a stub, people remember to remove a template more often then to remove the category, that and its policy. I have added the template to the two articles you created. Just add it like I did in the future and that would be great.

Thanks and happy editing.Cheatcodechamp (talk) 09:15, September 28, 2014 (UTC)
