Re: My uploadsEdit
Thanks, It does take a lot of time to make a few good pics, and i learned about the HUD/crosshairs thing not long ago. Then I noticed all the npc images still got marked (not others), although there are literally tons of 'low quality' images on the wiki, and mine are (now) quite good (thanks to atvelonis, shockstorm and crusader for their good tips), and they still get marked, and there's no way to get the pics of higher res (my screen is 1366x786) which admittedly isn't gigantic. So i thought, meh, i'ld just help out with grammar and readability, which i enjoy doing too. So thanks again for the encouraging message, kind sir Bronkiin, i might just persevere :) AgentOfMara (talk) 12:49, June 10, 2016 (UTC)
Hello Mortal! It's me, Sheogorath! When will my ban be over? I love you guys.
Audio not matching quoteEdit
That Isran quote you've got on your profile, the "Sleep is for the weak." one. The audio you got for that doesn't actually match the quote, he says a bunch of stuff before he actually says the "Sleep is for the weak." part. I uploaded that audiofile a while ago for Atvelonis' editing guide, but he wanted a shorter version in which Isran only says "Sleep is for the weak." So use this one;CarloV3r (talk) 14:52, September 24, 2016 (UTC)
- The use of the longer one was deliberate but only because I didn't realise there was an alternative. Soo tusen takk. Bronkiin (talk) 15:05, September 24, 2016 (UTC)
Skyrim Civil War page (edit-war[?]) Edit
Your opinion is desired in Talk:Skyrim Civil War#Serious lore-issues on the CW page.
Civil War Edit
The civil war was already ongoing prior to Torygg's death. 'Lilija joined the Stormcloaks many years ago, when the first of the skirmishes broke out across Skyrim. I was so proud of her. She served as a Battle Maiden, using her healing arts to help those that fell on the battlefield. Never even lifted a blade in her life. It didn't matter. The Imperial soldiers cut her down... killed her like a dog and left her body to rot in the mud. And that's why I won't rest easy until every single Imperial soldier joins her, and Ulfric sits upon the throne of Skyrim.' -Vulwulf Snow-Shod
'When the fighting began over the White-Gold Concordat, she ran off to join the Stormcloaks. She had her father's fire, how could I say no? She died out there, only having tended to the wounded soldiers for a few months. We never even found her body... the Empire burned all the dead.' -Nura Snow-Shod
Oh, and it's very much causal.
'When the Snow Tower lies sundered, kingless, bleeding
The World-Eater wakes, and the Wheel turns upon the Last Dragonborn.' -The Book of the Dragonborn
She died after a few months in service -- she joined a few years before Torygg's death. Skirmishes between two factions already show that there was a civil war, was it as bad as it got after Torygg's death? Probably not, but it was already very much ongoing. There was already a war ongoing and Torygg's death worsened it, by a lot.
How would the Akaviri know that Alduin would return in the Fourth Era and better yet, why didn't they say so to the Blades? The prophecy shows when Alduin returns -- the prophecy being complete was needed for Alduin to be able to return.
I would be honoured good sir, if you would meet me on the chat pertaining to meerkat fanon.Edit
IL... what a joke Edit
You should look at the majority of its pages before judging it. And no, not just limited to the top 5 pages, but every single one of the ones listed on that 'caregory' nonsense.
Except that we have a bloody ton of Kirkbride's nonsense texts and what not on TIL.
Should be removed? Surely you're joking? Edit
Then it should be removed? Are you joking?
In TESV, Skyrim's poor economy is stated. So instead of stating that Skyrim's economy is weak during the Civil War, (which it is) you'd rather spread lies through the wiki? Isn't that something the wiki tries to avoid? Spreading lies? Isn't a wiki meant to be accurate? Isn't it your job as a patroller to make sure that it's as accurate as possible? Because the Skyrim article isn't accurate now, in fact, you made it less accurate.
I could go to Atvel about this, but let's try to avoid involving him for once. Just do what is right and revert your edit.
Is that so? Then what was Atvel's reason? You don't just make a wiki inaccurate just for the sake of inaccuracy.
Don't we have the quotes on this wiki? Fairly certain we do. And even if it's just by the war, that doesn't change a bloody thing. Its coffers are light, wether it's with or without war, doesn't matter. You can't say that it's rich during the Civil War while it isn't, the edit specifically stated that it was during the Civil War.
Re:Re:Crown Store projectEdit
I will take up your offer to take over the duties of the CS page.
Like I said to Carlo, I have not made up my mind yet, though it is something I have been considering for about a month, and it's mostly down to real life issues I'm currently going through. If I stay I will mostly focus on maintenance and undoing vandalism. The Cat Master (talk) 22:25, December 1, 2016 (UTC)
Would you care to elaborate on how use of those categories violates Wiki Policy? because last I heard the issue was that it was unnecessary, or would result in too much work. And when I addressed those concerns, I recieved no reply and suddenly the reason for my work being undone has changed.

Mythic Dawn Edit
Have a sweetroll!
Blademaster Jauffre has awarded you a Sweetroll!
For taking the time to stand out on the fact that the Mythic Dawn page needs referencing.
It's not often that I say this, but you deserve this, really man.
You haven't edited in nearly a week. Step up your game! We have more than one patroller for a reason, and I keep catching edits that you guys have been missing. You can take a break if you want, but if you're going to remain patroller then you have to do the job. —Atvelonis (talk) 20:43, January 27, 2017 (UTC)
Sources point to them being a beastrace, while some suggest they are a race of Mer. You can't dismiss that without breaking the NPOV policy. There are conflicting accounts on the matter. It's not up to you to decide what is and isn't the truth, because we simply don't know what is the truth. We're a wiki, we're meant to make articles that list sources, even if they are conflicting, and let the person who reads it come to their own conclusion. You can't just remove it for the reason that it's supposedly "superceded", because there are still a lot of sources which back the claims made in Daggerfall and Arena.
"Avoid stating seriously contested assertions as facts. If different reliable sources make conflicting assertions about a matter, treat these assertions as opinions rather than facts, and do not present them as direct statements." -NPOV policy
"Betmeri" The peaceful Khajiit and Argonian races are the most numerous and culturally advanced of the Beast races; the war-loving Orc tribes are relatively few in number and widely scattered, but notable as superior warriors and weapon crafters. Other smaller Beast races, like Goblins, Apemen, and Giants, are limited to mountainous areas in the west and north of Tamriel, and seldom encountered in the East. -Okan-Shei
"Pact Pamphlet: Congratulations!" Whether you identify yourself as a Man or Mer, Argonian, Orc, or Khajiit
"Song of the Askelde Men" These honored dead shed blood upon the fen Ending Orc and Elf and traitor men.
"Morrowind discription" These sophisticated barbarian beast peoples
"Arena discription" Orcs are a larger version of goblins. Indeed, scholars have often speculated that these two creatures are somehow related.
"Pocket Guide to the Empire, First Edition: Wild Regions" Orcs have recently petitioned the New Emperor to grant them a similar status, but Tiber Septim is famous for his hatred of their kind, and has yet to bestow the beastfolk good answer.
"How do the Orcs view Boethiah? Do they revere her for turning Trinimac and his followers? Or do they loathe her for it?" Trinimac was vain and arrogant, and he and his followers paid for their weakness by being transformed to show what they truly are: brutish Betmer without guile or finesse. How do the Orcs view Boethiah? From a great distance, if they were wise—but we already know the answer to that! -Loremaster's Archive
As a patroller your duty is to simply ensure that the wiki isn't filled with gibberish and that faulty edits are reverted, it isn't to remove a completely valid and sourced line from an article. If they were a type of Mer, they wouldn't be mentioned seperately from the "Mer", that reasoning of yours makes no sense. Blademaster Jauffre (talk) 16:31, June 28, 2017 (UTC)
"The Pocket Guide Source was misinterpreted" Elaborate on that, please. Pretty sure that being listed as beastfolk only means one thing and that's that they are "beastfolk". And yes, other sources don't mention beastfolk, but they quite clearly state "men and mer" different from Orc, what type of race do we still have left then? Beastfolk. And even then, if they are "listed as seperated" and not Beastfolk, than that should still be noted on the Orsimer page, not that they are a race of Mer, because it is still disputed territory, regardless of what you claim. Heck, you even removed the trivia bit which states that "some sources list Orcs as beastfolk", while that's 100% true. I mean, I hate to say it, but it looks more like vandalism than anything else.
Maximum Legitimate Enchanting Help? Edit
Hi Idk anything about this wiki. I'm trying to figure out what one of the pages means and was wondering if you could help me figure it out. If you know someone else who could help me more than you please let me know. Anyways, theres a page http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Enchanting_(Skyrim) which explains:
- Vampires that have the Restoration perk Necromage, can reach up to 33% Alchemy gear boost and 46% Enchanting potion boost. Vampires that have the Restoration perk Necromage and while Enchanting wear Ahzidal's Boots and any three other Relics of Ahzidal, can reach up to 39% Alchemy gear with Seeker of Sorcery boost and 49% Enchanting potion boost with Seeker of Shadows.
The thing is, its impossible to gain multiple "Seeker" boosts, is it not? Is it just explaining that you can get two seperate boosts, and if so. Which one would give you better enchantments? The 39% Alchemy gear boost? Or the 49% Enchanting potion boost? Because if you have the Alchemy gear boost then you can make better potions for enchanting. However, if you have the 49% enchanting potion than you can make better Alchemy gear to then make a better enchating potion. I feel like theres a lot of math, or I'm stupid. Anyways, I would love if you could help me somehow.YuhNinja (talk) 19:09, July 8, 2017 (UTC)
A fandom user Edit
So, I saw this guy
and this page that he created
As you can see, the page is utter nonsense, but I was wondering if accounts like his should be reported as vandals, or just to alert the patrollers and such? Could you elaborate on that for me? Thanks in advance, Blademaster Jauffre (talk) 21:31, July 8, 2017 (UTC)
RE: Harvesting blood Edit
- No, I didn't. I left it as it is possibly useful (some creatures have, say, resistance to fire/frost, etc). I can remove though if you would like. Whatever works easiest :) Timeoin•Say G'Day•View my work 18:41, August 27, 2017 (UTC)
Aaah! Thank you for the information! I've been at this for so long, my fingers have adjusted to the patterns! Thank you for telling me, and no problem. --Aquila2002 16:32, August 28, 2017 (UTC)
If you want you can fill out the Background sections in all slave pages and then leave the "Nerevarine can free them..." stuff, I will not meddle with it. But please do that for all slaves then and remove the equipment list from Background as I am adding a separate section for it. Synthesid (talk) 17:33, August 28, 2017 (UTC)Synthesid
RE: Imperial City Edit
The name change is no problem, I just chose battle because it sounded better in my opinion and because the page didn't exist yet, Carlo can change its name if that fits better.
I suppose I get where you're coming from here, it kind of depends on if we see it as a battle or an campaign, if it's the latter than the battles category should also be removed from the page.
RE: Dialogue Edit
With "Unique", I kind of meant character-based, since most characters would have "unique" dialogue, due to (nearly) none having identical lines to others. (At least in ESO)
From chat: Your links:
What are mainspace edits, and how do I do 2,500 of them I am wanting to become a Patroller. Thank you.

Reupload request Edit
Hey, it looks like Wikia had some uploading issues the other day and that three of your images aren't displaying on articles properly. If you just reupload them it should work fine.
Three Years ?Edit
Has it been three years already since your username first poopped up in the RC ? Ahahaa I didn't want to miss the opportunity to congratulate you for your three years on this wiki anniversary ! You're one of the best addition to ever join this wiki's community so, keep up the great work you've been doing ever since you joined, I know I'm not here anymore but I can still appreciate the work you do for this dear wikia that TES is to me! :)
