We saw you making some changes to our articles, and thank you for it. Hope you choose to further this project, and that we'll see you around in the future. Sure! I'll have a look! Also, feel free to join IRC, too :) Theres a lot of other cool editors in the chatroom! TimeoinSay G'DayView my workSkyrim To-Do List 01:11, January 10, 2012 (UTC)

(Also, I suggested IRC because its a lot easier to give someone feedback when you can get almost instant replies :D) TimeoinSay G'DayView my workSkyrim To-Do List 01:15, January 10, 2012 (UTC)
Yeah, it gives you the option to do so. Just put in "Tim to the Adams" :) (leave out the password). Its so that if you had registered on irc, you can use that to sign in as you. You can use the chatroom without signing in though :) With regards to the pages - thats good :) For now, they are a little bit bland (sorry). Um, I would probably change the Herebane's one to Herbane's (I suspect that is the name, since thats the name of the Bestiary books?). Finally, Whiterun Shield should be changed to Whiterun Guard's Shield. (This is the name used in the Skyrim Game Guide. Other than that - they're not too bad. They need some more details (such as statistics, where they can be found, etc) - But its a good start!

Edits Edit

Please don't add the "Stub template" category to any articles, this category only belongs on templates.

Also, please read this. Thanks --Anon(Talk) 02:39, January 10, 2012 (UTC)

I see what you mean, and I think we could use a template and a category for that (maybe something like this). As for articles that need more info, just tag it with this template {{stub}}.
Now, the actual reason for giving you a link to the 'badge hunting' policy page are the edits where you inserted the stub category into an article, and then duplicated it a couple of times (look through your contributions to see what I mean). I don't know if you've done it intentionally or not, but it did look a bit unusual. --Anon(Talk) 03:02, January 10, 2012 (UTC)
I'm just glad you weren't doing this on purpose :) --Anon(Talk) 05:54, January 10, 2012 (UTC)

Signatures Edit

To customize your signature, you can use both wikimarkup and HTML tags (here's a list of usable HTML tags).

One of the easiest ways to make a custom signature is to use the <span> tag. This tag will allow you to change the color, font and size of your signature.

To change the color you can use this:

<span style="color: red">Example text</span>

It will make the text look like this:
Example text

To change the font you can use this:

<span style="font-family: Times, serif">Example text</span>

It'll look like this:
Example text

To change the size you can use this:

<span style="font-size: 120%">Example text</span>

It'll look like this:
Example text

You can also combine all those values:

<span style="color: red; font-family: Times, serif; font-size: 120%">Example text</span>

To make the text look like this:
Example text

The above examples are the most basic ways in which you can customize your signature. You can experiment with these examples (it's best to do it in 'source mode') and see how they work for yourself. Or if you'd like, I can make the signature for you, just tell me what you want it to look like and I'll do my best to make it happen. Also, if you have any other questions or want me to elaborate on anything you see above, feel free to drop me a message at any time.

Cheers :) --Anon(Talk) 05:54, January 10, 2012 (UTC)

P.S. Here are a couple of helpful links concerning signatures:

--Anon(Talk) 05:59, January 10, 2012 (UTC)

I'd be happy to make a signature for you, but there's a couple of things I need to know first:

  • What kind of a gif do you have in mind? If you already have a specific image in mind, you can upload it here and give me the link.
  • I think I know what you mean by the "odd signature box", but I'm not sure what "those fancy little colors" are :) Could you give me an example?

Now, the signature box is pretty easy, here's an example:

And here's one with rounded corners:

If you'd like a border like that around your signature, just let me know the color and the shape and I'll make it happen :) --Anon(Talk) 05:32, January 12, 2012 (UTC)
