Valin Ulen was a member of the Ulen family from House Hlaalu. He was one of the first Dunmer to restore the Solstheim colony of Raven Rock after the Empire abandoned the settlement. Valin was an honorable and respected individual who had contributed greatly to the restoration work of Raven Rock. Upon his death, his family had put funding into the construction of the Ulen Ancestral Tomb.[1]
