Vampire Hood is a piece of clothing found in The Elder Scrolls V: Dawnguard.

AcquisitionEdit

During the quests "A Jarl's Justice" and "Hide and Seek," Isran or Gunmar will tell the Dragonborn to go kill a vampire masquerading as a visiting advisor to the Jarl of a radiant city. The vampire will not be hostile and will be wearing the full Vampire Robes set. To acquire it, the Dragonborn must kill the vampire and loot the hood from them. In Gunmar's quest, however, there is no option to inform the Jarl, or have the advisor follow the Dragonborn. The target must be killed with risk of a bounty.

TriviaEdit

  • Despite being a hood, it does not help the Dragonborn remove any of the negative effects of being a vampire in the sunlight.
