- For this location in Oblivion, see Fort Vlastarus.
Vlastarus is a town in the province of Cyrodiil in The Elder Scrolls Online.
Description[]
The townsfolk is not interested in siding with any of the three Alliances and wishes to be left in peace, though they do not object to the soldiers keeping the peace. By default, the guards patrolling the town are Dominion guards, but that changes if the Pact or Covenant control nearby Castle Brindle. The guards in the center depend on which alliance currently controls the town. If they differ from the ones controlling Brindle, they will periodically engage in combat.
