Voice of the Emperor is an Imperial racial power in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim that calms nearby people, including vampires, and prevents them from fighting.
Effect[]
- Calm – Calms nearby characters up to 99 level for 60 seconds in a 75-foot area.
Trivia[]
- As with all powers, it has no Magicka cost and never fails, but can only be used once per day (game time).
- While this power is the most powerful of the calm effect spells, it has no effect on creatures or animals.
- This power has a script attached that overrides the level cap by adding a character into unique charm faction, so it affects all characters regardless of level.
