Volenfell is a Group Dungeon that appears in Alik'r Desert in The Elder Scrolls Online.

Description

The ancient Dwarven city of Volenfell was long lost to the sands of the Alik'r Desert. But its ruins have recently been discovered, prompting a race between scholars and treasure-hunters to be the first to search its storied depths.

Trivia

• Defeating Quintus Verres, the Tremorscale, and the Guardian's Constructs will unlock the Volenfell achievement.
• Volenfell's description prior to release was, "The mysterious and long-vanished race of Dwarves built only a few cities on the surface of Tamriel, the greatest of which was probably Volenfell, the City of the Hammer. It was built by the Rourken, a clan of Deep Elves who stubbornly refused to make peace with Chimer, marching away to disappear into the west."
