Volgo the Harrower is an Imperial necromancer of the Shadowed Path in The Elder Scrolls Online who resides in Nisin Cave. He is one of the two bosses of the cave. Volgo has a chance to drop "The Harrower of Cyrodiil's Crest" Axe that is a part of the Crest of Cyrodiil set.

- Defeating Volgo the Harrower as well as Barasatii will grant the achievement "Nisin Cave Explorer."
