Wall of Storms (Skyrim) is a Destruction (Skyrim) spell of Expert Level. It costs 80 mana per second of casting (equivalent to one square of wall) and must be sprayed over the section you wish to "block off".
Wall of Storms (Skyrim) deals 50 damage of electric to any enemy who passes through it each second. This damage is not increased by the Augmented Shock Perk, and does not harm the Dragonborn or their companion.
