Whirlwind is an active skill in the Dual Wielding skill line in The Elder Scrolls Online. It is unlocked at Dual Wield rank 14.

Effects

"Launch yourself into a lethal spin, dealing ___ Damage to nearby enemies. Deals up to 100% more damage to enemies based on each percentage of their missing Health"

	Whirling Blades – Reduce the cost amd increases your Stamina Recovery. "You gain Major Endurance, increasing your Stamina Recovery by __% for 10 second."		Steel Tornado – Increases the radius 5 meters to 9 meters

Updates

• Update 2: This ability no longer increases the damage of weapon enchantments.
• Update 7: Whirling Blades now applies Major Endurance instead of giving stamina. It also reduced the cost of this ability by approximately 15%.
• Update 9: Decreased the radius of Steel Tornado to 9 meters on all Ranks from 11/11.5/12/12.5 meters on Ranks I/II/III/IV. This morph now gains slightly more damage as it ranks up.
