Winterhold Stormcloak Camp is a Stormcloak encampment in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
Description[]
The Stormcloaks will set up camp here only during the Civil War quest line. There is a quartermaster and the usual array of crafting stations, a large map in one tent to potentially gain new map data, and a few chests.
Winterhold is one of the Stormcloaks' holds at the start of the game, so this camp may continue to exist so long as they continue to control Winterhold. Otherwise, there will be no camp and only an unmarked Shrine of Arkay at this location.
