Template:Stormcloak Camp
Description
The Stormcloaks will set up camp here, though this encampment may appear only during the Civil War quest line. There is a quartermaster and usual array of crafting stations, a large map in one tent to potentially gain new map data, and a few chests.
Winterhold is one of the Stormcloaks' holds at the start of the game, so this camp may not exist so long as they continue to hold Winterhold. Otherwise, there will be no camp and only an unmarked shrine to Arkay at this location.
