A Wisp is a small glowing creature in The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim. They typically appear in concordance with Wispmothers and drain the players health. The wisps have little health, and destroying them will also damage the Wispmother.
Wisps can be found around or in snowy locations, so they can camouflage themselves in the snow. They normally start to play with the other wisps. They may look cute, making you stay and watch them, but they're not.
