Strategy[]
Withered Hand Cultist is useful for keeping the opponent from using actions that deal damage or destroy creatures. This allows for the player to build a large threat on the board and avoid cards that slow down aggressive playstyles, such as Lightning Bolt or Ice Storm, for a few turns. This affects the player's own action cards, so Withered Hand Cultist is more effecient in a deck that does not include them.
