Wizard Rend is a Destruction and Illusion spell in The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind that temporarily lowers the value of a victim's magicka while simultaneously inflicting paralysis.

Effects

Both magic effects are on target:

• Drain Magicka – 10–35 points each second for 4 seconds.
• Paralyze – for 4 seconds.

This spell is not available for purchase in Morrowind or expansion packs. Although not intended for use by the Nerevarine, it can be acquired on the PC by using the console command:
