When encountered in Norvulk Ruins, Matys Derone asks the Vestige to tell his wife, Augustine Derone, that he failed and loves her. He dies immediately after finishing this short conversation. Augustine Derone can be found in the Temple of the Divines in Wayrest. When speaking to her about Matys' fate, she says that it is good to know the truth.
