World in Ruin, formerly World in Flame until Update 10, is a Dragonknight passive skill in the Ardent Flame skill line in The Elder Scrolls Online.

Flame damage bonus affects:

• Fiery Breath, Engulfing Flames, Dragonknight Standard and morphs (Ardent Flame)
• Eruption, Magma Armor, and Magma Shell (Earthen Heart)
• Ferocious Leap, Burning Talons, Inhale and morphs (Draconic Power)
• Elemental Storm and morphs, Wall of Elements and morphs, Impulse and morphs (Destruction Staff, with Inferno Staff equipped)
• Meteor, Shooting Star, Fire Rune and morphs (Mages Guild)
• Scorching Flare (Support)

Stamina reduction affects:

• Venomous Claw and Noxious Breath (Ardent Flame)
• Lethal Arrow, Acid Spray, Poison Arrow and morphs (Bow)
• Trapping Webs and morphs (Undaunted)

Description

• Level I: Increases the damage of your Flame area of effect abilities by 3%. Decreases the Stamina cost of your Poison abilities by 12%.
• Level II: Increases the damage of your Flame area of effect abilities by 6%. Decreases the cost of your Stamina Poison abilities by 25%.

Requirement

• Unlocked at Ardent Flame ranks 39 and 50.

Trivia

• Until Update 10, this skill only affected fire damage, rather than fire and poison as it does currently.
