The Wrath of Sithis is a wraith that attacks exiles of the Dark Brotherhood. It carries a unique Dagger of Discipline.

A Dark Exile[]
When one of the Five Tenets of the Dark Brotherhood has been broken, the Wrath of Sithis is sent after the Hero of Kvatch in their sleep. This can happen up to three times. The first and second time, the wrath must be defeated to be readmitted into the Dark Brotherhood. However, the third time, even if the wrath is killed, the Hero of Kvatch cannot be readmitted into the Dark Brotherhood.
