Background[]
I met an injured bookseller, on his way to open shop in Orsinium. Along the way, he and his partners were set upon by Winterborn marauders, and now his two partners are missing.

Walkthrough[]
On the road west of Orsinium, you will find a man named Nammadin standing by a wrecked cart. He will tell you that his cart was attacked by the Winterborn, and that he fears for the life of his companions. He will ask you to go look for them.
Head west to the cliff overlooking the river to find Travofia. She will tell you that Jaeloreh has been taken by the harpies on the other side, and that Jaeloreh holds the paperwork they need to establish a book shop in Orsinium. Head across the river and to the cliff above Nikolvara's Kennel to find Jaeloreh. You will be too late; she is already dead. Take the paperwork from her body and bring it back to Nammadin to finish the quest.
